1. Introduction
Welman Group Limited is committed to protecting the personal information of its clients, employees, and partners in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 (PIPA). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information.

To make a request, please complete our Individual Rights Request Form and submit it to our Privacy Officer. We will respond within 30 days of receipt.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: Vendors or contractors who perform functions on our behalf (e.g. IT support, payroll services)
Regulatory Authorities: Where required by law, regulation, or court order.
Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We require all third parties to protect personal information in a manner consistent with PIPA.
7. Retention and Destruction
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or as required by law. Once no longer required, we securely destroy or anonymize the information.
